Picking Up Purchased Passes
Pass holders must bring their voucher from Box
Office Tickets or from other
outlets to the Reel
Affirmations Will Call table at the Lincoln Theatre.
Passes will be available for pick up beginning on Thursday,
Oct. 11 (opening night).
Will Call will open at 5 pm every day during the festival.
NOTE to All VIPs and other Pass Holders
To ensure that you have a seat for the showing of your choice, please
arrive at least 15 minutes before show time.
Receiving Pre-ordered Tickets
All tickets ordered at least 10 days before the screening will be mailed
to the purchaser at no extra charge. (Pass purchasers will receive
a voucher redeemable at Will Call). Tickets ordered by noon the day
of the screening will be available at Will Call. A photo ID and/or
credit card used for the purchase will be required to pick up all tickets
and passes.
Refunds and Schedule Changes
One In Ten reserves the right to make a substitution.
If a screening must be cancelled after tickets have been sold, ticket
holders will be able to exchange their tickets for one of equivalent
value through the box office. If there are changes in film programming,
they will be announced as soon as they are known at the theatre box
offices and through the daily festival email – the Reel Scoop.
Sold Out?
When a screening is “sold out” we
may have some tickets left in reserve that will go on sale a few
minutes before showtime. A rush line may start anywhere from 15 minutes
to two hours prior to the screening.
